#Killed Animals#

Human loves meat. Asian likes to eat different meats in every day such as chicken, duck, cow, pork, sheep and etc. I like to eat chicken and duck cook with the delicious ingredients. However, westerner likes to eat beef, sheep, chicken, turkey and etc. Westerner likes to cook turkey because it is the main dishes for celebration Christmas. As we know, there are more than 100 different types of animals live in the world, some of the animals can be food but some of the animals cannot. Animals that cannot cook for food, it might rare animals and protected animals. Even they are protected animals; some of the humans do not consider moral, ethics and social responsibility to kill the animals because protected animals are very expensive in the market now. Human likes money, so they decide to kill animals to earn money.

According to the data that I found it the website, there are more than 150 billion animals slaughtered in every year. The world is facing a problem which is animals are keep decreasing in the market. There are some rare animals such as white tiger, crocodile, whale, sea turtle, penguin and etc. These animals skin can be made as shirt, bag, shoes and wallet to fulfill customer satisfaction. Animal skin products are very expensive because it is branded in the market. The examples of the animal skin products are Bruno Magli, Hush Puppies, Gucci, Cole Haan and etc.  Normally they are using skin of crocodile, cow, sheep or tiger to produce luxury branded product.

However, if the demand of meats is kept increasing but there lack of supply meat in the market, business peoples will injection preservatives to decrease animals growing time. It is because business peoples want to earn money and fulfill the customer demand. It is unethical of natural reproduction to the animals. There are a lot of business peoples are doing the unethical issue. How can we control this situation to avoid it? I have no idea, because most peoples like meat. During the research of this topic, I found a website when we open it, it will automatic calculating the number of animals killed by second. The aim of the website is telling users the imitate number of animals killed in every second. The animals killed by human showed in the website are included chicken, pig, rabbit, turkey, geese, sheep, goat, cow and calve, rodent, pigeon and other bird, buffaloes, dog, cat, horse, donkey and mule, and camels and others camelids. This is my first time open the website. When I saw the numbers of animals killed by human was keep increasing in every second, I felt scary because I just realize the numbers are out of my imagination. It is not my expected to see large amount of animal death in seconds. However, when we refresh the website page, the calculation will re-calculate again.  The aim of website is telling humans animals have life, and giving human a vigilant that animals are killed by every second.

The world has a lot of countries. The different countries have their special culture. Culture will affect people choose the different types of meats. I will cover some of the countries culture which is included Malaysia, China, and Japan.

 The first country that I would like to discuss is Malaysia. Malaysia is a beautiful country. There are living 3 races in Malaysia which is included Malay, Chinese and Indian. For different races with culture and religion, they will kill the different animals to celebrate their New Year. For an example, Malay kill cow, Chinese kill chicken, duck or fish, and Indian kill sheep. Every time before the New Year, the market will supply a large amount of targeting meats for the customers. If there is lack of supply meats for the market, the suppliers think the different strategy to solve these problems.   In the other hand, Malaysia has a state is naming Terengganu. Terengganu is a beautiful state that has a lot of beach. Most of the sea turtles will choose Terengganu to lay sea turtles egg on the beach. The most infuriating are peoples who live near by the beach will catch the sea turtles when they are laying egg on the beach. If peoples cannot catch the sea turtle, they will find the sea turtle eggs that lay on the beach and sold it. This action is affecting natural reproduction of the sea turtle. In the long term situation, sea turtle will become rare animals in the worlds because human sell their egg for food.

The next country that I would like discuss is China. China is a four season’s country that has more than 11 million peoples population. As I know the culture of China, China has a culture which is killing the dogs and monkey to cooks it as food. China people like to eat dogs because dog meat can warmer their body in the winter time. I have no idea why they want to eat dog! Dog is our good friends in the daily life. Dogs will accompany peoples and protect us when we have dangerous. If they body feel cold, they can drink ginger tea or using other soup or food to replace dog meat. Next, monkey also killed in China for food. I still clearly remember my high school teacher told us the China peoples are eating the monkey brain when the monkey still alive. Oh My Gosh!! It is disgusting!! She mentioned the Monkey is alive and the China people will straight away open the monkey head, after that use the spoon eat the monkey brain. I cannot imagine the emotion of the monkey, it will very painful and feel disgusting. In addition, Chinese people have the Chinese medicine which is using snake to make snake bile. It is an illegal Chinese medicine that produced by people. Snake has defined in positioning snake or non-positioning snake. If people do not have the Chinese doctor license, they cannot produce the snake bile. If people produce the snake bile without Chinese doctor license, it is unethical.    

The last country that I would like to discuss is Japan. Japan is famous mountain Fuji, cherry blossom in the spring time. However, Japan also famous in killing dolphin and cook as food. There is an activity naming dolphin hunting as culture appears in some countries such as Faroe Islands, Hawaii and Japan. The killing of the dolphins is often witnessed and assisted by representatives of Japanese dolphinariums, including trainers and veterinarians. The dolphinariums attend the hunts to buy showable dolphins for their own use or for sale to dolphinariums and amusement parks in other parts of Asia and Europe. The hunters make significant sums of money from these sales; a single dolphin can fetch more than $150,000. This is a very good price for the hunters to earn profit but the problem is dolphin going be the rare animals in the world. As I know, Japannese like to eat dolphin meat included the children. Japanese will prepare the dolphin meat as lunch served to their children. This is one of the cultural in Japan. For me, I disagree to kill dolphin as food. It is because dolphin is the smartest animals in the world. They feel, they hear, they see anything in the world. I like dolphin so much. Please do not kill them it is because dolphin is rare animal in the world.

In conclusion, I would recommend peoples decrease eat meats and avoid buy the animal skin product. It is unethical to the mother natural. Animals have the right to live in the nature. Some of the animals are gradually reduced in the world such as whale, crocodile, sea turtle, white tiger, penguin and etc. If human reduce to eat meat, they can choose to eat vegetable or fiber food. Vegetable is healthy for our body. Let’s reduce eating meat and protect animals!
